AmCham Letter to the Presidential Administration
AmCham has written Russian Presidential aide Arkady Dvorkovich in order to point out unforeseen and dangerous consequences regarding legislation that also inhibits on-site medical-equipment maintenance by the manufacturer.
The Russian-American Forum

Zero Lost Time Accidents Seminar and Round Table
On Monday, October 24, 2011, the AmCham office hosted a round table discussion to promote zero-lost-time accident programs implemented by enterprises in Russia and internationally. The event was held jointly with the International Labor Organization.
Leasing Committee On Tuesday, October 25, the AmCham Leasing Committee convened to discuss accelerated depreciation and leasing-related legislative initiatives, including the AmCham Leasing Committee letter that will be submitted to the RF Ministry of Finance.
Petersburg HR Committee Meeting On Thursday, October 27, the HR Committee in St. Petersburg met for a discussion, led by Vera M. Minina (Professor, Chair of HR Department, GSoM, SPSU) and Daria Andreeva (JTI), on ways to evaluate the performances of HR departments.
ICT Committee On Friday, October 28, the AmCham ICT Committee met for a briefing by Alexander Vronski (Executive VP Technology, Broadcasting, Medical, Accreditation, Press Operations, Organizing Committee of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games, Sochi 2014 ) and Marta Sanfeliu (Chief Integrator for the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games, Atos – the Worldwide IT Partner for the Olympic Games), who spoke on plans for, and challenges in, building ICT infrastructure for the 2014 Winter Olympic games in Sochi and how companies can participate as suppliers and sponsors.
