The next meeting of the AmCham Enterprise Development Committee will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at the AmCham office.

The agenda for this meeting is as follows:
 

Appointed Vice Chairman of the Board in September 2011, Mr. Tarasov is responsible for implementing the bank's business plan with respect to its Financing for Innovation and Modernization program. He is also responsible for developing new strategic directions and coordinating the activities of SME Bank's subsidiaries.

SME Bank, which is part of the Vneshekonombank Group, has been implementing the RF Government's state program for financial support of small- and medium-sized enterprises since 2004. SME Bank's strategic goal is to expand and develop means of financial support for SMEs with a view to diversifying the Russian economy, reducing unemployment and increasing entrepreneurship, increasing Russia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), increasing tax revenues, and developing Russia's middle class.
