The American Chamber of Commerce in Russia invites AmCham members to attend the Moscow Business Summit on July 7, 2009 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Moscow. This event is only open to AmCham members.

Coinciding with President Barack Obama's visit to Russia in early July, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, in partnership with the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the U.S.-Russia Business Council, will hold a Business Summit including panel discussions on trade and investment by U.S. and Russian CEOs, followed by keynote speeches by the two Presidents. The event will begin at approximately 1:00 p.m. and will conclude around 4:30 p.m. Further information on the program, including a list of participating CEOs, will be announced shortly.

The capacity of the Ritz Carlton ballroom is 500: 100 seats will be allocated to Government representatives, 200 to U.S. business representatives and 200 to Russian business representatives.

URGENT: Immediate Registration Deadline

To register for this event, it is essential to (1) send a completed RSVP form (2) send a passport scan and (3) prepay via cash or credit card using this signature on file form. All documents should be sent by e-mail only (not fax) to Tatiana Svistunova ts@amcham.ru by 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2009. Please note that it is essential to complete steps (1) and (2) before prepaying (3).

1. RSVP form
Please complete either section (a) or section (b) of the RSVP form.

2. Passport scan
Please scan the information page of your passport - you must bring this same passport with you to the event. In order to avoid issues with deciphering passport data, please DO NOT send the scan by fax.

3. Prepayment
To cover expenses, the event cost is 9000 rubles payable by credit card or in cash rubles. Please note that due to advance security checks, it is essential that AmCham finalizes the list of U.S. business representatives and receives prepayment no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2009. If you wish to pay by credit card, please complete and return the signature on file form. If you wish to pay by cash, please do so at the AmCham office before the Friday deadline. The AmCham office is located on Dolgorukovskaya 7, 14th floor.

Given the limited seat allocation, we may be required to restrict the number of attendees per member company and therefore cancel some registrations.
