The Investment Committee serves as a forum for the discussion of issues that affect American investment in Russia and also advises the Board of Directors on how to position the Chamber on such issues. The committee, in cooperation with the Board of Directors, presents AmCham's position on investment matters to the Russian and American governments, the public and the press.
