Tips from the U.S. Consulate General

1. A laser printer should be used to print out an electronic application form;
2. The picture should be attached to the application (better stapled as far from the face as possible);
3. The patronymic should be spelt according to our transliteration table (please see the spelling of most partonymics also);
4. Question No 14 - need to provide the number of the Russian internal passport;
5. Pick up time - 4 pm on Thursday (if urgent - but no guarantee) or on Friday the same week at the front gate of the Consulate.

It is also necessary that the couriers who submit the applications at the Consulate know the names of the applicants.
