AmCham St. Petersburg member companies can use AmCham Moscow’s One Window Service for Russian Visas & Work Permits, if their applications for those should be submitted to either Federal Migration Service’s HQ (ФМС России) or its Moscow Branch (УФМС по Москве).
The St. Petersburg Chapter is also working on establishing a similar procedure with the Federal Migration Service’s St. Petersburg & Leningrad Oblast Branch (УФМС по СПб и ЛО), we shall keep you updated.
Please note that when submitting your documents concerning highly qualified specialists to FMS in Moscow for your specialists employed in St. Petersburg or Leningrad Oblast, you can submit a special request asking that the ready documents be sent to St. Petersburg — that way, you will be able to collect them from the UFMS’s St. Petersburg center at Ulitsa Krasnogo Tekstilschika 15 (ул. Красного Текстильщика, д. 15).
