Investment Law Course at the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University
The investment law course, a short-term additional educational professional advancement programme, is devoted to the most significant and important issues arising in the course of carrying out investment activities. The programme is up to date due to the ever-changing legislation that governs the relations arising in connection with investment activities and due to the diverse practice of applying such legislation. As a comprehensive customized programme, the investment law course is designed to facilitate an advanced and profound study of the issues that practicing lawyers face when applying legislation governing investment activities and the protection of the parties to the investment relations.
Academic mentors: Oleg Skvortsov, J.S.D., professor of commercial law.
The course is taught by academics from the law faculty of St. Petersburg State University as well as experts from the legal firms of St. Petersburg and representatives of the St. Petersburg Administration.
The course starts in April every year. Course duration – 9 weeks. An evening course, 2 times a week, from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
On completing the course you will be given a professional advancement certificate.
