The first meeting of Senator Club was held in Senator Business Center at 1 Chaykovskogo Street.
Delovoy Peterburg newspaper, Viktor Evtukhov (the Representative of the Government of Saint Petersburg in the Federation Council) and Senator Business Centers network organized the meeting.
Senator Club provides any businessperson with an opportunity to address directly to Russian senators, ask them questions, discuss business development.
The first meeting was dedicated to Innovative development of companies in Saint Petersburg.
“We’re looking for clear ideas of what regulatory acts at both federal and regional level, should be changed for business to be strengthened not only in Saint Petersburg, but also in Russia in general. On our part, we are ready to review, analyze such ideas and present relevant legislative initiatives at both federal and regional levels” – the senator said before the meeting.
Businessmen and non-commercial and city authorities’ representatives were present at the meeting.
The majority of issues concerned methods of state support and tax preferences in favor of innovative organizations.
The club’s organizers decided to hold a meeting once in two months.
