Starting from July 2011, St. Petersburg branch of Swedish construction and development group NCC will be located on the upper floor of a new business-center “Stockmann Nevsky Center” at the address: Nevsky av., 114-116 А. NCC offers good sub-lease terms for office premises to other companies starting from August 1, 2011.

NCC is one of the largest building companies of Northern Europe with annual turnover exceeding 5.5 billion Euro and more than 17 thousand people of manpower. The Group successfully operates in countries of Nordic (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark), Baltic (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia) regions, Germany and Russia.

The company has several lines of activity: construction of residential and commercial premises, industrial engineering, development of housing and commercial properties and road construction. Since 1977 the Group’s enterprises have been engaged in industrial construction and reconstruction of public buildings in different regions of the country, having developed more than 500 projects. At present, company’s activities in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region are exercised in 2 fields: housing development and road construction. In the nearest future Property Development will enter the market. Moving to “Stockmann Nevsky Center” is a logical continuation of consolidation and joining of the group’s subdivisions in St. Petersburg.

The sub-lease contract will include items from a Green Lease Agreement, signed between NCC and Stockmann companies in order to optimize the usage of premises, including reducing the environmental impact and unintentional consumption of electrical energy, water and heating, using recycled paper for printing and 100% biodegradable products for cleaning of the office.
