DLA Piper and the Kommersant newspaper are pleased to invite you to attend a seminar on: "Reform of the corporate legislation: challenges and solutions".

The seminar will take place on Tuesday, 24 November 2009, from 9:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. The venue: Atrium Hall, Zinger House, St Petersburg (Nevsky Pr., 28 Bld. A, entrance from Nevsky Pr.). The seminar will focus on the recent developments in corporate legislation and the most topical issues. The event is intended for top officials/heads of legal departments of major international companies operating in St Petersburg and Leningrad Region, as well as representatives of major Russian businesses. Working language of the event will be Russian.
