You are welcomed to take part in presentation of diploma CIMA Performance Management.
This program has been developed for specialists in management accounting, financial managers and accountants, managers who want to acquire skills necessary for making management decisions and become specialists certified by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
CIMA Performance Management includes two mandatory module.
Performance Operations (P1 exam):
· Costing systems.
· Forecasting and budgeting techniques.
· Investment project appraisals.
· Decision-making under uncertainty.
· Managing short-term financing.
Performance Management (P2 exam):
· Pricing and product decisions.
· Cost planning and competitive advantage analysis.
· Budgeting and management control.
· Control and performance measurement of responsibility centers.
Presentations will be held in St.-Petersburg
13 December 2011, 26 January, 16 February, 6 March 2012.
Place: St.-Petersburg, Grivtsova lane, 4, office PwC.
