AmCham invites you to attend the Euroconvention Financing Infrastructure, Municipalities and Regional Development in Russia 2009 conference due to take place in St. Petersburg on December 16 & 17, 2008. AmCham President Andrew Somers will chair the opening panel entitled Assessing the Municipal/Regional Infrastructure needs for 2009 and beyond.
