The first meeting of a special working group created to aid St. Petersburg government in developing marketing strategy for the city featured Sergey Mitrofanov, CEO of Brandflight - a company founded by Thomas Gad, the world famous branding guru, which specializes in corporate and personal branding consulting and facilitation.
