On the day of the first Duma reading of the bill "On special economic zones in the Russian Federation," the IT Committee convened to discuss the bill and its impact on the IT industry.
Industry leaders and lawyers consolidated their position and drafted their suggestions to deliver to the city authorities at the upcoming meeting with Vladimir Blank, Chairman of the City Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade, as well as to federal authorities through AmCham Moscow.
