Aug 30, 2010: Lowering Administrative Barriers for R&D

On Monday, August 30, an ad hoc working group of the IT and Customs & Transportation Committee members convened to discuss AmCham members’ input provided in response to the Ministry for Communications’ request which is working on drafting amendments to the existing legal and regulatory base aimed at lowering administrative barriers preventing the R&D sector from normal functioning and development upon the Russian President’s instructions.

Based on the input, the working group summarized and compiled all the suggestions received concerning customs and currency regulations (click here to download the PDF file, 170 Kb, Russian only) that have been submitted to the relevant authorities.
