Nov 18, 2011: Investment & Legal Committee meeting

The Committee discussed the debatable questions of the Decree of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation on agreements concluded on real estate to be developed or acquired at a future date (Decree No 54 of 11 July 2011) presented by Alla Lapshina, DLA Piper.

Also AmCham guests presented two industrial parks being built in St Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast:

Maryino Industrial Park – Alexander Parshukov, VTB Capital Asset Management;

Gorelovo Industrial Park – Maria Kravtsova, YIT Lentek

The Committee co-chairs were elected at this meeting - Denis Sosedkin, DLA Piper, and Anatoly Sukhodolov, Hannes Snellman. We congratulate Denis and Anatoly and wish them all the best in this capacity.
