The Committee discussed Federal Customs Service Order N 1877 of September 14, 2011, on “Approval of the administrative regulation of the FCS on providing the public services for maintaining the register of the Authorized Economic Operators” as well as application of the norms of new edition of the Russian Code of Administrative Offence (KoAP) outlined in the Federal Law № 409-FZ of December 6, 2011, "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” and its consequences for member companies operation.
