Dr. Ebzeev, 58, is a graduate of Saratov Law Institute. Doctor of Law, professor. He wrote more than 200 essays on judicial issues, including 25 books.
Since 1991, Dr. Ebzeev served as judge of the Constitutional Court of Russia.
