Alexei Kuzmitsky, 41, is a graduate of the Electrical Technical Institute and the State Engineering and Economics Academy in St. Petersburg.
He worked in different private and state-owned companies in Pskov, Moscow, and St. Petersburg in 1991-2004.
Since 2005 till 2007, he served as deputy governor of Kamchatka Krai.
