	July 16, 2007 Moscow
	Members and Friends of the American Chamber of Commerce,

Alexander Kravtsov, AmCham Director of Communications, has accepted the position of Project Director, International Communications at Basic Element, a diversified global Russian company. Alexander played a pivotal role in raising AmCham’s public profile by developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy to reach membership, the press and the public at large.

Guy Archer, an experienced editor, formerly with Standard & Poors, Moscow and previously publisher of a Moscow journal Capital Perspectives, assumes the position of Acting Editor, AmCham Publications, reporting to the AmCham president.

Irina Doronina has been promoted to Senior Manager, Membership Development and Regions, reporting to VP of Policy Tatiana Raguzina.

Timur Gafurov assumes the position of AmCham Legal Counsel, responsible for legislative affairs and AmCham legal matters, reporting to Tatiana Raguzina. Timur previously held legal positions with the International Finance Corporation and the US Embassy in Moscow.

Ekaterina Velikaya, formerly with Adidas, has joined AmCham as Events Coordinator, reporting to Irina Angel, AmCham Director of Operations.
