Members and Friends of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia,

Attached is a letter to be sent by AmCham Russia to the US Department of the Treasury urging a roll back of the huge tax increase retroactive to January 1, 2006 which will hit most Americans working in Russia. American taxpayers in your company should send their endorsements of the attached letter – Name, Title, Company – to: izernova@amcham.ru . We need these endorsements this week. The tax year is almost over. We can turn this around with your help.
