On Thursday, May 8, 2008, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia held a breakfast meeting with Janice Jacobs, Acting Assistant Secretary of State & Head of the Consular Affairs Section of the US State Department. Ms. Jacobs discussed visa issues of Chamber members, recent changes to the US visa regime and the process for applicants with a scientific background, and briefly touched on AmCham's expedited visa process - Premium Processing.
