Nov 11, 2010: Update On Quota For Foreign Nationals

The RF Ministry of Health and Social Development Order dated July 16, 2010 № 521n "On approving the list of professions (specialties, positions) of foreign nationals - qualified specialists employed in professions (specialties) not covered by the 2011 quota" has been annulled on October 12, 2010. This is due to changes to the law “On the legal status of foreign nationals in the Russian Federation” effective July 1, 2010. The new list of positions not included in the quota is now available: click here [provided by TIM Services]
