The American Chamber of Commerce in Russia is an independent non-governmental organization headed by its president, Andrew B. Somers, who is appointed by its governing Board of Directors. A full-time staff of nearly two dozen in Moscow and St. Petersburg provides direction and support for the membership-directed organization.
